お菓子の歴史⑦～ティラミス～

皆さん、こんにちは！

本日ご紹介するお菓子はイタリア発祥の【ティラミス】です！

ティラミスはイタリア語で

【私を引っ張りあげて】【私を元気にして】と言う意味があります。

マスカルポーネを使っているので、チーズケーキの一種でもあります！

コーヒーやお酒を使っているので、大人のデザートとも言えますが

近年では、お菓子屋以外にも、ティラミスを販売している所もあり

身近なお菓子になってきています！

1週間通して、あまり知られていないお菓子も紹介しました。

これ食べてみたい！ってお菓子と出会えるように

次回も色んなお菓子を紹介していきます！

Hello everyone.

Today I will introduce “Tiramisù”,

which is originally from Italy.

There is meaning [to pull me up] or [to make me cheer up] in Italy.

It is kind of the cheese cake, since it uses the mascarpone cheese.

It can be said the dessert for adult,

because using a coffee or alcohol,

but it is getting familiar for us these days,since it is sold widely not only in the cake shop.

For this week, I have been introduced some sweets not known well.

I would like to introduce variety of sweets to make you feel like to eat!
