お菓子の歴史③～フレジェ～

本日ご紹介するお菓子は【フレジェ】です！

フレジェは【苺の木】と言う意味のフランス語からきています カスタードクリームとバタークリームを合わせたムースリーヌと

言う濃厚でコクがあるクリームと苺をふんだんにサンドしたお菓子です。

日本で販売されているショートケーキはフレジェを日本人好みに

独自の進化をさせたお菓子です！

“Fraisier” has the meaning that strawberry tree in French.

This sweets that put strawberries
