皆様、こんにちは! 本日のキュイジニエブログは『シノワ』について。   シノワ、シノアともいいます。   名前の由来は中国人労働者～クーリー～が被っていた帽子に似ていた事からその名前 がつきました。   フランス語でシノワは中国という意味があるそうですから、由来そのままの名前が残っているんですね。   シノワは、 ソースやスープを漉す時には絶対に必要な器具です。 Hello everyone!
