本日は【タルト】のご紹介です！

フルーツタルトなどで、よくお店に並んでいますが

タルトの歴史はとても古く！

古代ギリシアやエジプトが発祥とされています。

ジャムやクリームを食べる為に考案された

食べられる器【タルト】が始まりと言われています。

タルトはタルトでも

愛媛県松山市の郷土菓子で

カステラ生地を使った

ロールケーキの様なお菓子を指す場合がございますのでご注意を！

7日間お菓子について書かせて頂きましたが

まだまだご紹介していないお菓子は沢山あります！

Today I will introduce about "tarte". 

It is said to be originally invented in Greece and Egypt. 

First it was created in order to eat jam and creams.

Please be careful because, castella cakes are sometimes called in a same way.
